I'm just spitballing here, but...
It looks like those of us that live in flyover country are going to be going clinic-less for the next while, so I thought of something that might bridge the gap a little if enough of us are motivated to do it.
There's probably quite a few of us kicking around AB, SK and MB who've been to a clinic or two already. If we were to gather a few gaggles of "experts" (and I'm using that term so loosely you could drive a barge through it here) we could probably pool just enough knowledge (and tools) to do ourselves, and anyone else that dares to attend, serious harm - and maybe fine-tune a couple of M305s or M1As in the process. The idea being that people very new to the platform could at least get some helping hands, a few basic how-tos, and some easily-corrected issues fixed up over a day of hanging out with like-minded nutz.
Would anyone else be interested in helping to organize some events like this in their area, or in risking attending one? I know I'd be up for being part of a "Central SK" crew...
UPDATE: We now have a scheduled clinic for the Saskatoon area! I'll list scheduled clinics as they get organized here:
Saskatoon & Area, May 23rd & 24th, 2015 (http://www.canadiangunnutz.com/forum/showthread.php/1142830-2015-Saskatoon-amp-Area-M14-Bootstrap-Clinic-May-23rd-amp-24th)
