Great photos! Looks like a P14 or M17 back sight on there. You should be able to find a Canada Tool & Specialty Co. on eBay.
Winchester30-30 you probably noticed your foresight base is reversed? And so is the base on your new rifle Hal O'Peridol.
Makes you wonder if that was done for a reason doesn't it?
That Humphrey's sight base is the first model made for the 1905 action. Made in Vancouver too.
That "HFN" is an interesting mark. Probably a retailer, but could be the owner's stamp as well.
Original blue on both rifles I'd say. Looks like those handguards were taken off and just mislaid not so long ago. Might be worth asking if the previous owner has them. Things like that get mislaid in estate sales especially.
