Bought a Glock....and I'm liking it.

Jess why do you post on CGN at all, everyone of your posts are just blantant troll posts, either saying a ban in imminent or constantly saying we should split Canada up. Your location is listed as not even in Canada..I am suprised nobody has called you for it in the past...people only have to look at all your past posts....

If youve got nothing better to say.... why not just shut it.

new update on my glock, i read in either this thread or another people not recommending the extended mag realease, not sure why because its so worth the 15 bucks, its just as crisp as my beretta 90two now, before it would damn near hurt to press it and sometimes my thumb slide off it, also i added a plug that doubles as a small compartment capable of holding a single round or small batteries. now just waiting on the barrel to come in, not a fan of waiting lol
not sure if i like how far the plug sticks out though with out a mag in it,

I bought a G17 a while ago and haven't looked back since. In the meantime I've gone from four 1911s to one, and that one is at Freedom Ventures being fixed. If it comes back finicky it'll be my last 1911.

There's just something to be said for a gun that works... every time, all the time. I've got a G21c on the way now too.

My 17 got truglo sights, extended mag and slide release, some trigger work and Agrips. Love how it handles and shoots, won't trade it away for anything.

ya i didnt try to force it cause i didnt want to break it before i even got to shoot it lol, maybe ill put a lil more force

Worried about breaking a Glock, that's cute! :p

Just don't do anything purposely trying to destroy it, and it'll most likely outlast you, with fairly minimal maintenance.

Replace that trigger, anyone who says an 8lb trigger pull is nice is either stupid or just plain stubborn and cheap. I have a 5lb and it's nice, much better than the 8lb stock trigger. I haven't tried the 3.5 lb one so I can't say anything about it.

My Glock 26 measured 8 LBS. When I told people a lot didn’t seem to believe me either...

Hey, nice pistol!

I don't own any Glocks & all my friends look at them funny... But I say if you have found a pistol that works for you, run with it. Don't mess about with all the doo-dads and gimmicks. Learn to shoot the pistol as is and learn to do it well.

There, that's all I have to say about that.

Well said but it is time to get one brother. Glock is a very interesting gun, I used to hate it my now I have my second G17 on the way.
