the same thing happened to me. I contacted CZ and they sent me a new stock no problem. It happens a lot on this model!

What kind of groups did you get out of this rifle?update: I beded the front recoil lug with JB Weld, loctite the screws, put on a Bushnell 1.5-4.5X scope, which looks really nice btw, went to the range shot about 100 rds no more crack and the rifle holds true through out the time
