You can always buy a Valtro, for more than double the price. Pretty much everything you buy is made in China anyway, you just don't know it

Damn...why only those?
Probably because it's the most popular barrel length. Those wanting a longer barrel have easier access to one, and can easily swap it out.

Well for one I think the only use of a mag fed shotgun would be for higher capacity on a shorter barrel.
Like a mag fed 8.5" grizzly. Allowing it to have 5+1 instead of 2+1. But then I guess it would have complications in the legal department.

I just want one for a novelty item, my old Savage does everything else a shotgun needs to do. I want a cool looking toy to blast slugs through. If a 12.5" is all that comes though, then that's what I'll buy, will there be a pre order or do I just need to keep my eyes peeled for when they come available?
Oh I don't disagree. I'd love a 8.5 for a closet gun, but for versatility, the pragmatist in me would buy the 12.5 first.

I own a 15" DA Mag Fed Grizzly with a Knoxx M4 stock and I can tell you that it's a really good shotgun. It has never jammed or misfired at the range. You have to sand the lips of the mags when you buy them, but after that they feed perfectly.
