Boyd’s Tacticool stock in colour laminate

What did you put it on and what did you not care for it? I have a couple Boyds stocks on 10/22 and they seem ok, I want to try one on a Mosin Nagant and the tacticool one seems the most interesting, ridiculous name aside.

I love Boyd's stocks but this stock was just rough all over. It was very heavy. You need huge hands to shoot it.

I bought it when they first came out and had no troubles shipping it to me. Marlin 917V.

The name of the tacticool stock has changed to the pro varmint and the cannot ship international warning is gone from the product page on the Mosin. Re-named to allow export maybe? Anyone have any idea?

Still says no international orders. Just looked on the cz page. If they would have called it the pro varmint and offered colors from the start I don't think we would be in this situation

I was looking at a bunch of stock options and the no international shipping seems to be gone. I guess it took awhile to update their pages. I will be ordering a Savage Pro Varmint stock shortly and will advise.

Boyd’s Tacticool stock in colour laminate

Boyd's tacticool stock has been re named to the pro varmint, this means it can be shipped into Canada with out a problem direct from Boyd's and a person can order up to $500 worth of stocks from Boyd's at one time. I have done this and have two pro varmint stocks on the way from them right now. One is in Bahama blue with the 90% finish for a Remington short action the other in shady camo for a tikka t3 with 90% gloss finish.

I have a 10/22 stock in Bahama blue, it's a nice color. I would like to see what there Blaze Orange and black patern looks like but can't find any examples of it.

I have the Tacticool/Pro Varmint coming in a pepper laminate form Gary at Big Horn Sales, mine was ordered before the restriction was dropped. I will pay a little extra but oh well…I can not back out on the deal. Gary has been great to deal with by the way, give him a shout for anything you need.
