Hello all,
Im seeking some advice. I've been reloading .50 cal AE rounds for a while now, and i have a mixture of brass cases and nickel cases. I noticed today while i was reloading that after crimping the brass cases the bullet sits nice and snug, however after seating and crimping the Nickel cases the bullet spins quite easily in the case... i increased my crimp, but the problem remains... even when the crimp starts looking excessive the bullet can still turn in the case. Im using Hornady 300 gr JHP.... anyways, looking for some advice... is this ok? can i still shoot these rounds off safely?
Thanks
