Brass Drying

I put them out on a screen. Air dry in 24hrs.

Leaving them in the sun works well.

I have put them in front of the fireplace but the wife doesn’t like it.

I have heard some place the cases over the heat registers.

this is what I do only I use a couple different 'aids" to help the process along. I have a couple of those " toolbox socket organizers" that PA sells for 6 bucks apiece or so on sale and stand the brass up on the pins so they drain down as quickly as possible and then place them over a hot air vent overnight.

I usually let them air dry in the sun during summer, I have some drying right now on a towel, I'll load them up in a day or two.
I don't see the need to buy another tool when there are simple options available.

I put them in a mesh bag and stick it between the ducting on the furnace in the winter and on the dash of the truck in the summer. Don't ask about spring and fall.
