The RCMP are dishonest and don't show their work, they can claim the were able to make anything full auto. Unfortunately the lab has nobody holding them accountable which allows them to claim virtually anything about any firearm.

This is very true, and defies the logic around the prohibition of firearms that can readily be made to fire in full-auto. If they re-engineer the bloody thing, I'd suggest anything can be made full-auto! I've even seen video of some wacko German guy who turned a bow and arrow into an FA target shredder...the law was never intended to be applied like this and the horse cops know it.
