Those are beautiful examples. In the first picture. the two that are in front have different style butt plates, I've seen them on the model 2's, but never on the 5's, very interesting. Also, I have an old (68-69) dealers catalog from "Guns ltd" which advertises the Brno 573, available without sights, with factory open sight and with aperture target sights. In the catalog the sights look very similar to yours. $71.65 with factory open, $105.65 with aperture.

The Parker-Hale peep sight is marked "Parker-Hale Made in England" and "PH16N." It appeared in the old Parker-Hale catalogues, one of the "Sportarget" series, with the model PH16N intended for Brno .22 rifles.

You know, I haven't posted pictures for at least 10 years, don't have a clue how to go about it. Guess I should figure it out, I've got at least 15 Brnos, some interesting Walthers, Antchutz, etc. no excuse, just have to get off my butt and figure it out. Not much of a techy guy.

I found Imgur very easy to set up and use.

The nicest #5 I’ve ever seen was a factory engraved mint rifle at the Consort gun show. It was on display as he had just received it. It joined a number of Brnos in his collection. I am now down to only a #4 in my stable.

Brno Model 5 (1965) with a very neatly installed set of Redfield sights. Possibly done by Guns Ltd. in Peterborough, Ontario, a one-time Canadian distributor that I am told offered Brno .22s with a choice of no sights, factory open sights, Redfield or Parker Hale target sights.
