Browning 1919

Speaking of 308 vs 30-06, what extractor do you have?

Is there a prominent sprung hook that holds the bottom of the cartridge base on the face of the bolt? Or are there ball bearings in the cartridge slots that hold the cartridge up.

Its amazing how much gun availability and prices have changed in 10 years. Maybe more then any other time except for after ww2.

You should get a bracket so that you can mount an optic on it. Can't tell from your photo, but there should be a mounting base on the left side.

On some level I just don,t get these semi auto "MGs" (1919), don,t get me wrong if you have one enjoy and cherish it to the fullest but after firing umpteen full autos in service these guns are a bit of a head scratcher to me.

Many of us feel the same way with sport's cars, purdy truck's and speed boats.
