Hi everyone, I have a Browning Abolt Mountain Ti in 7mm wsm that I struggle to shoot 1 MOA groups with. I really like the cartridge and the gun, but would like to get it shooting better. I have experimented with multiple different factory loads and reloads with little improvement. The barrel is relatively short (22") and light for a magnum, so I am contemplating changing it out to a longer, heavier, match grade barrel to hopefully help reduce recoil and muzzle jump, and improve accuracy. I have no experience with modifying firearms, so I am just looking for any input regarding this. Am I on the right track? Is this something that can be done with this rifle? If so, what factors need to be considered in choosing a different barrel? Thanks in advance.
