Browning BL-22

I bought one year and half ago.

Went the extra step and opted for the Grade II Full Line Dealer model.

Couldn't help it...stainless receiver with scroll...oh boy.

I don't but my best friend in high school had one. Between me with my BRNO and him with his Browning we shot thousands of gophers.

My 9 year old son got the kids version for Xmas from his grandfather this year. We haven't shot it yet but it goes well with his CZ Scout and Browning 1911-22.

I got one, a Grade II bought it new in 1988, shot one box of 50 though it and it has sat ever since. So I can't tell you much about how it work but it sure is nice looking.

I have two bl.22 rifles. Both grade 11. The first I bought when I was young. It is 30 years old and looks just like a new one. The second is NIB grade 11 bought for my son. Its waiting for his 15th birthday. Can't wait to see his reaction when he opens that box.

I like these brownings because they shoulder nice, cycle perfectly with short throw lever, and are accurate.

I bought a ruger 10/22 take-down for my son, because I thought it would be great for taking on quad. It shot tight groups, but I didn't like the feel of the plastic stock, and it did not hold perfect zero after take-down. I don't think he will be disappointed to see that the ruger is gone and replaced by the browning.
