Bubba builds a sturmgewher....god help us all!

What do you figure your plans for that are?

Did you find a Sturmgewehr handguard or make one up? I'm liking this build -- it takes another boring SKS off the street!

Im going to use the existing trigger buried under the new pistol grip assy, and Im going to use a transfer bar from trigger to trigger. It will all be stashed under sheetmetal, so it will look goodish ...

Gas plug in place. Its a bit shorter than the original, but it fits better as front sight is closer than on mp-44.

So, what is the idea when you hit your end goal? Because I know it's legal, and you know it's legal, but will the rcmp officer shooting beside you at the range know that it's not really a sturmgewher? It's an awesome build, and it looks great so far, just some food for thought.

Well the end goal is to have the next best thing to a real sturmgewher...shoot the crap it of it...be the envy of all rednecks...and maybe build a few more and sell em off....or keep em all!
