I agree.
(some) of this current generation want everything their parents have earned in half the time.
Some expect opportunities to literally fall out of the sky.
Regardless, the only thing holding back each individual is themselves.
Everything in half the time? When my parents were my age they could buy a house for 3-4x median income. Today it takes 10x median income to buy a house. My generation is so far away from even being on equal playing field with my parents generation. The idea we want more, or want it faster, is bloody ridiculous when we can't even get THE SAME at THE SAME RATE.
This ageist "they don't wanna work for it!" stuff is so pathetic. Old people have been saying this #### for GENERATIONS. Guess what? The EXACT SAME THING was said about your generation.

"Nobody wants to work anymore" is just a bull#### excuse so people with money and power don't have to take any responsibility for the broken system they've fostered.
