My guess is 7.1-7.2 lbs based off my rough AR10 parts database . Guestimate because some MFG's fudge their weights a bit and the receiver is an educated guess based on similar ones (Aero M5). And that Brigand Edge 15" rail is actually 6.3 oz in DPMS High config, 5.1 oz is the AR15 version.

The Stag 10 receiver set is going to be about 25 oz stripped, complete with grip (3 oz), forward assist + dust cover (1 oz) and Stag's 308 LPK (~7 oz) I will say around 36 oz in the complete Stag receiver.

SCS-10 Buffer from JP about 8 oz. CH is 1.5 oz . BCL stock is roughly 9 oz depending on G1 vs G2. Buffer tube and EP/Castle is 5 oz. Rifle length gas tube 1 oz. Think that's everything.

Lightweight .... but a BCL Gen 1 vs Stag Arms showdown is in order.

Well not really as they will both be custom rifles.

Don't let that stop you! ;)
Man, I am aching to do my first build BUT i really don't need another rifle... hahah.

Updated with information received so far. I got out the scale and measured a couple of these parts as well [BOLD]

I hope the parts arrive quick!

Hopefully since there is two importers trying to put together what people want/fighting eachother on this, That one does a min length lightweight for hunters and the other does the 30" heavy bull for those paper killing pistol mag dumps. That way everyone wins........

I’ve got two barrels on da way.
Faxon big gunner 6.5 CM 20 inch.
Carbon fiber wrapped ( completely) HaHa .308 20 inch.

Once I find out which one loves me the most, I’ll sell the other. :):)

The first day of collecting build parts .... yup kind of pathetic ... hope those parcels arrive soon!

Hey guys , think you could give me a hand?

I ordered the Stripped set, BGG, charging handle combo.

I got a barrel,GB/tube, Handguard ordered as well.

I have a CTR stock ,buffer tube ,spring, buffer on hand.

Am I missing anything,to get this gun functional?

Thanks

I have the necessary tools required.
