Every once in awhile I get an upside down primer.
^^^ that may damage the bullet and not allow it to be reused.
Light charges are not related to gear... I just made every load indicated in my book for the 3powders I had in small batches. The range is far from home and open only 2 days a week when there is an official available, Plus I work an unregular schedule so I can only get to the range for a maximum 4days a month when it is open...
I can now establish that bullets flying around 1000fps are working best with my M&P9... So from now on, I known that I will play only around 1000fps... Low charge is not a major quantity and can be done with the hammer fast enough...
However the misaligned bullets are counting for a certain number around 100bullets. With the hammer it may takes up to 40 hit on the concrete to get a single bullet out... :/
Dies are in the mail, will manage that next weekend to retrieve at least the powder...

Too much crimp and not enough flare. Only time it took me 40 wacks off a concrete floor was trying to pull some 9mm bullets from steel case ammo.
Where did you find those ?
EDIT: I meant : Where did you find those in Canada ?
Sent them an email I'll post the reply here.
I received my bullet puller from the YouTuber I mentioned in a previous post.
All in it was about $45 CAD. It works well with my crimped 9mm rounds. Should have no problem with rifle calibers. I'll try some surplus x39 next.
Got a link I only see the hammer typequinetics bullet puller collet is the way to go. Way faster than dies or other kinetic puller setups
I see it would work great in the field but I prefer my collet version on my single presshttps://www.quineticscorp.com/ it's still a kinetic puller, but the split O'ring design makes it kick ass fast
with pistol bullets I find the press mounted units sketchy, with the kinetic it's drop, twist, smack, twist, dump, repeat. much faster than with a press mounted unit. the split O'ring means you don't have to take the cap off. Only really downside is pulling bullets that have no primer, but have powder in them, you do get powder tossed around on the floor.
Agreed.
That's why I bought the non-kinetic model. Rounds missing primers = powder everywhere
