I'm pretty sure bumfire is a completely different topic unrelated to firearms. But if there were such a jacket in existence, I think we would all want it to be prohibited.

Well...


...IIRC any mechanical device that allows the trigger to be activated more than once is prohibited. So if you rigged it for that purpose; technically yes.

It's like the boot lace + M14 trick. Boot laces aren't prohibited. But you could make a prohibited device out of one.
