I sent a scope in because the eyepiece was broken - my fault. They fixed it and shipped it back 3 weeks to a month later. When I went to use it it was still hooped (no threads) so I sent it back again. Please remember I'm paying for shipping everytime. It takes easily a month and then I get a letter saying it can't be fixed, obsolete item, pick out a new scope.
Not being a prick and saying give me a black diamond, I look at the signature line (equal to what I had at the time). I get sent a price list so I can BUY myself a new WARRANTY scope.
I didn't have $ that second so I let it slide for about 2 weeks trying to figure out what to do. I received 2 letters stating I had to choose something as they tossed my old scope and I was holding them up. I picked a Fullfield2 ballistic plex, I felt I was rushed. Then I get to pay $80 import duty on top of the scope price which was no screaming deal because they wouldn't mark it as a warranty replacement. I could have bought the same scope here cheaper without having to wait 3 months.
BURRIS wrecked my hunt that year. I have no use for that company anymore.
