I've put about 100 rounds through my Norc, did some of the simple M14.ca mods (scope mount and recoil spring guide) and this rifle is good to go. Trigger pull is a little over 6lbs and I can group three shots into 2-4 inches at 100 yards. That is shooting from the knee, so I am really happy! PROBLEMS: The trigger is too heavy and so is the damn rifle! My Norc weighs in at around 11 pounds! So I'm going to have my gunsmith cut two inches off the barrell (that should take a bit of weight off, I don't need the front sight) and thread the barrel for a brake or suppressor. I also want to reduce the trigger pull, 4-5 pounds would be great. I'm also considering a Leupold ultralight 2.5x20 scope or a bushnell TRS-25 (my current scope and rings weigh just on a pound) to try and shave some more weight off. Anyone running a TRS-25? Whaddya think?
