Bushnell warranty

Technically any Bushnell dealer can warranty it for you. If its something we sold then we usually do an over the counter exchange if we have it in stock. If it isn't one of ours or it isn't in stock then we file a warranty claim with our rep and they ship us another scope or similar model if it is discontinued.

Lots of companies handle warranties that way. We destroy the item, send them a picture if requested and they credit or replace the item. It is a lot simpler when there is a dedicated warranty centre for a company but this is how they now handle it since the warehouse moved to the US.

I did finally get the replacement scope. It seemed it didn't come from Bushnell itself.It was one of Korean ones. Oh well. They hadn't done the paper work yet when I got mine. I doubt have yet. I had to pickup mine across the line. I made sure to have Warranty Replacement papers.

If you have a 4200, I would recommend you having it repaired at Trace.
 
it took Bushnell only one month to replace one of my faulty scopes.
some of the delay came from Fedex whose driver could not find my address. Then, one day, he called and now he knows.
 
i found a broken set of bushnell bino's on the river bank , they had a total blurring double image, sent them in and got a brand new pair in the mail. No complaints at all.
 
I waited over a year to have a DOA RMR style red dot repaired. I called, emailed and got the BBB involved and the BBB gave up because even they couldn't contact them.

Sent a nasty email and gave away my last Bushnell red dot and was done.

Fast forward 13 months after I mailed my red dot in via FedEx for repair and I get an email from a very nice gentleman at Bushnell, told me there is absolutely no excuse for what happened and that the company was sold and bought by new place and they had to fix all the screw ups.

He said the optic I sent was discounted and that he's gonna send me the most expensive reflex they had and he's so sorry they screwed me over.

4 days later had a brand new $350+ reflex. I hope they turned The old mess around and are keeping things running smooth now
 
I had a broken bushnell scope and called Blackhawk in the USA (1-800-423-3537) took about 10 tries over a bunch of days but when I finally got thru the customer service rep took care of me with a upgrade as the scope i had was discontinued.
 
I had similar experience as westofpg in that it may take a few tries but when i got through they take care of it, I have had one red dot replaced and didn’t have to return it and now started another for the other one ( i bought two on sale ) both crapped out on shotguns even though rated for them so the replacement(s) will and do sit on .22’s as Thats all i will trust them on. At least they were cheap but i wont buy again. My shotguns now have better dots. Buy twice cry twice lol
