So I took my deer into a well recommended butcher this year something I haven't done..well ever. I butcher all my own game. However after doing a Moose by myself, and working alot of OT and then being sick with the flu 3 of the 5 days that I was deer hunting AND knowing that I had a bunch of Northern Manitoba snow to shovel, I was played out. So I took my skinned buck carcass in to be made into Sausage. I got a call yesterday saying that it's ready to eat and all for only $250 bucks
