First off, the guys gettin Dougs blood pressure up should back off cause he's most likely owned every type of gun and caliber listed on the first two pages on this whole forum, so take his points of view as fact. He's forgotten more about rifles than I know.
Secondly, Doug, don't let the young un's on the board get ya riled it makes me work cause it takes you a couple days to calm down again.
Lets try to get back on topic, I hate using the heavy hand of lockage in the hunting forums.
I'm not treading lightly because it'll get 'doug's' blood pressure up. Cbabes, be a man or woman, newbie or otherwise, asked a question. If people don't ask questions, they won't learn. To get on with that load of verbal diarrhea toward cbabes, was totally unnecessary and was the result of this thread turning sour.
Respect should be mutual. Just because you are (as quoted in doug's profile) an old fart, you are no doubt experienced and full of wisdom. That doesn't mean you need to treat people like that. We're all fellow CGNers and should treat each other with respect, no matter how 'foolish' a question may seem.
