Buying sks rifles by the crate?

Yes and that would be a good price, and yes,it is taking a chance but also you get to open a new crate of SKS as long as they weren't picked over etc. I see he has crates for $40. But it would cost me $100 to drive up there and back, I might give him a call and see if they have anyone coming to Halifax or even Moncton who could meet up with me!
 
I can get Chinese 7.62x39 surplus at my local Canadian Tire 1500 rds for #299.99

I don't shoot the stuff, bought some for abuddy that lives out of town. Anybody want some, maybe we can work it out.

Rather buy a crate load of hand picked quality rifles. Select them one by one from CGN vendors such as west rifle or wejamak known for quality. Pick all matching / non refurbs. This will cost you more, not less but they will appreciate more than the sub par items. You can then buy an empty crate separately.

This is what I did in 2013. Got the complete crate for $50 then hand picked my 15 from same dealer for $180 taxes in. I'm happy I did it this way.
