By Requsest: SIG MPX and KRISS V pictures

Does anyone know if these have been approved for Canada yet? I love the look of the mpx-c with the huge brake, but I'm curious if that might be an issue since it looks easily converted to a suppressor (as designed).

If they do end up here, hopefully there will be 10 round pistol mags specifically, that we can use on the carbines. Otherwise I don't see the point of spending what I'm sure is a significant amount of money for 5 rounds of pistol calibre.

They haven't been released for sale in the US yet. Didn't you notice the title of the thread? The carbine was unveiled during the SHOT show.

The title of the thread is "by request: sig mpx pics" which really gives no indication of the availability.

Not everybody stays current on what's available from who, when. Not everybody knows what SHOT is, let alone what the timelines are for release of a product announced there. No need to jump down the guy's throat.

If the MPX comes in around $1500 I would take one prefer it at that price NR but I am curious about the "brake" version as well. If it is welded to the barrel would it be counted towards overall barrel lenght?

No, it does not. Furthermore, the "brake" likely won't be permissable either.

I certainly didn't jump down his throat. That wasn't my intention. However, you're right. Not everyone has seen one of the countless threads on this very topic in the last (3) weeks.
