Also, reading the reviews, I found these ones very interesting. More examples of "fine Chinese quality control" ?

(surplus, refurbished, abused, etc. - I've never heard of or seen this kind of shyte with the Russian rifles, lol)


I bought one before xmas and finally got to a range today and first time I got it home I cleaned it and the bolt had cracks down each side so I took it back and the switched it because the rifle had not been fired and not today I put 2 rounds down the range and the trigger mechanism gave out and guess what gun was fired so all sales are final

Bought this plus the 750rd surplus bundle, got about, 100 rounds in and the rifle LITERALLY exploded. From the box mag and backwards, completely splintered. Do NOT buy this firearm unless you intend on making it your last ever purchase.

TAPCO out of business. I did not hear that. I want to get a Tapco removeable mag for the SKS I ordered. Anyone know of a good price of one or two? Rifle has not been shipped yet.
 
I bought one and my buddy bought one. He went and picked them up so obviously I ended up with the best up one.
It’s hilarious everything is all matching except the receiver. It was rusty on the side and pitted.
It’s like they had the rifle and barrel was only good and then the donor rifle was no good and used the mag trigger and everything else to put humph dumpty back together again.
Anyways cleaned it up and polished the bolt and looks pretty good and barrel looks great so will be a good shooter for $250
 
Like plastic stocks, get the FB Defense one. Now that’s a well thought and designed stock for the SKS.

I’d almost bring that shiit to Afghanistan if it had a reliable mag system.

i have bought SKS from the cabelas sales but only in person. They would bring out 3 guns at a time and let me pick the one i wanted.

If you check the site the very clearly say that Mil Sup are final sale!

its a gamble if you cant see in person.

If you assume $260 all in, id hit the EE and make offers 1st.

Only $260. I’ve seen some go for $350 and willing to bet they came from Cabelas. You’d be surprised the amount of gun flippers and closet gun dealers profiteering on here..

you need to watch often and act fast !

I got one for $200 and one for $240 in the last 12 months.

Ive seen 2 or 3 for less than $200 in past few months, but they go QUICK!!!


question: did they sell at $350 or were listed at $350?
 
I bought a tula SKS from Cabela's 3 years ago, it was by mail but it was in decent condition then I bought a Chinese SKS last year in person at Cabela's, these one appears to be in New condition but the stock have some dings on it from storage( I think). Mag was also very tight which made it a b17@4 to remove.

Listed on CGN for $350+.

Likely bought from cabelas for less than $200. Always never fired in the grease and odd factory #'s.
