I have a new coach gun and it appears that the muzzle of one barrel has been deformed. I've taken some measurements with a caliper to confirm, and it's a visible oval. I may post photos later, but this is a general feeler. How dangerous is it to shoot a gun in this condition and if it isn't a colossal hazard, how badly will it affect the pattern? Can it be repaired?
One muzzle is .720 both ways and the other is .704 and .738 horizontally and vertically.
