Has anyone tried painting a Polt tech. stock ? any info or advise, I am not sure if any paint will stick to this material.
I agree 110% CLEAN and PRIME, PRIME, PRIME ... A clearcoat is also a good idea but I have yet to find a true MATTE paint.
There are good camo paints available at DSTActical and other retailers but even Canadian Tire has standard flat matte camo enamels available ...
Take it to your local Pannel beater/car painter and get him to blast it with a coat of Matte clear .. absolutely solid stuff
I prefer Lacquer .. probably why you havent found a true matte if you're using enamel
i just sanded mine and put a few coats of OD green Krylon spray paint from wallmart .. its held up for 4 years now just fine..
no primer no clear coat after?
Bcviking isn't that a wood stock?
