Some retailer give you the option to take or decline insurance. Others do not, you must take and pay insurances. So ask before buying, and get an invoice with final amount that include all fees that are outstanding like shipping. Buying is a contract and good paperwork make it easy for all.
You as a buyer, are entitle to a complete, formal invoice with terms and total amount.

They paid at the time of sale. Tenda came back....months later, once the transfer was completed, and basically held the firearms hostage until the buyers paid more.
CGN Admin should really look at whether Tenda should remain on this forum.
