They paid at the time of sale. Tenda came back....months later, once the transfer was completed, and basically held the firearms hostage until the buyers paid more.

CGN Admin should really look at whether Tenda should remain on this forum.
 
You don’t either…you assume the OP is right..he has not produced any invoice showing ‘free shipping’ or anything else other than what HE says.

On top of it, all this can just be a lie, specially after reading the reported conversation with the CFO that I absolutely do not believe. If Tenda has done anything illegal, the CFO will be all over it. Nothing happen, OP still does not have his gun, nothing resolved after a month.

You all might have been taken for a ride. Each single time I purchased a gun or anything, I had an invoice writing clearly shipping cost , free shipping, shipping to be determined at shipping time (BO), or $0 for shipping.

Internet tribunal..big BS. We have seen many time, Poster stating wrongdoing by dealer and when dealer jump in, the OP look like a fool.

Who cares what YOU believe. It's not the first report of Tenda trying to add charges after the fact.

Keep your head in the sand if you want. Best of luck dealing with them in the Future.

Must be something in the Montreal water that prevents someone from reading but I have friends from there that don’t have that problem. BTW, the CFO did get involved and there would be a mark on the dealers record. Multiple marks would require action but only one or two would just get a caution.

I do believe the OP’s version no matter what this uninformed guy posts. !!!

Not going to happen, CGN is a business. Business pays a lot to advertise here so why would you kick out money? There are some businesses here that have terrible feedback and still are sponsors.

The drinking water problems are more likely in Eastern Ontario..yes showing invoice will have clearly establish what was agreed. Every dealer provide invoice.

Ahaha..a CFO will leave a mark ? Are you kidding ? The CFO is concerned on applying the laws under his control. It is legal or it is not.
There is ‘no mark’ , this is your invention, ahh that water..

Why CGN will get involved on what it is after all, a private transaction between an individual and a business ?
It seem CGN rally the all the cry babies that are not man enough to fix directly their problems with their transactions. This is getting pathetic.

Marstar was a clear example of a dealer being booted for shifty business practices.

If Tenda is going to start going down a path that is basically extorting money from members on here........someone should look into it.

They were a little different. They were selling unsafe firearms and knew it vs Tenda asking for more money and using inflation costs as an excuse.

I'm not supporting or defending Tenda. But I don't see CGN giving them the boot, or really looking into it, at the end of the day Tenda is paying their dues.
 
Well it arrived and now joins the rest of the CZ family that calls my house their home. So even tho it was a hassle and there was some issues in the end I got my gun and feel that I was justified in my position and thanks for all those who thought the same
