CanadaAmmo Dominion Primer, anyone use it ?

By the time you pay the hazmat charges to Ontario they won't be cheaper than the primers available there. They go bang and seem to be fairly consistent but they are not great in very cold weather. At least that has been my experience.
We've been using the small rifle primers for our pistol loads. We don't shoot outdoors in the cold, so I can't answer to that, but otherwise they go bang every time with consistent results. The last order I put in was on Aug 17th and there was no hazmat fee. Just cost + tax.
Also, I know budget shooter has some projectiles, and also CanAmmo.
Any where else to get the cheap bullets? 6.5(140Gr), .30(175Gr) and 7.62R(154Gr). Mainly 6.5mm as I have many surplus for the later two.
One more thing again.....
CanAmmo has the suplus 7.62x54R, Norinco ones, feels like it is using .217 Berdan primer? Not the old .237 sized Berdan?

I'll chime in with some field experience:
There's no extra fees for shipping them. Order more than $200 worth and there's no shipping fee at all.
I haven't had any problems with the Rifle primers. I've been loading them into .223, and so far they've all gone bang out of an AR-15. Same for Large Rifle with .303's in an Enfield.
Small Pistol ones on the other hand are a little problematic. They are a bit hard for pistol primers, and may fail to fire in striker-fired pistols. Hammer-fired pistols shouldn't be a problem. Anecdotally, my M&P9 hates them, I get at least one light-strike every mag. One day I borrowed a Jericho 941 and pumped a full mag full of light-struck rounds through it, and only 1 finally failed to fire.
