I just found out we get israeli made tavors, well actually in the back of my mind i sort of knew most guns sold in america even from foriegn companies tend to build most of the parts in the u.s due to u.s laws.
BUT i've recently heard people complaining that we in Canada get israeli tavors and not american made ones, now i would rather my money going to a north american economy, but other then that whats the difference?
I know its redundant in a way since whether i like it or not i will be getting an israeli made tavor as my first officially owned by only me rifle but i was just curious about the difference if their is any.
P,S
Any good budget (or atleast ones with good value that i can save for, or buy a cheap one then save for my "final") scopes, mods , accessories.
I know i would like a foregrip on it which seems pretty simple to install, and perhaps a laser/light combo ON THE SIDES. Since i really like foregrips on my rifles.
Unless the micro tavor comes in 18 inches in semi auto in the next 1.5 years this looks like to be my main rifle setup for hunting/backpacking/tactical sport shooting/plinking.
