I tried using some welding gloves to prevent any marring from the old tube. But finally had to just use the adjustable pliers into the bare metal. Heated it for well over 10m. Started to even discolour.

I also installed the no jam follower and spring. I cut approximately 16" of the spring.

Mine had no locktite on it. Had all my gear ready. Heat gun strap wrenches etc etc. for shíts and giggles when I got the barrel off I thought I’d give it a go. So grip it n rip it. Next to no effort it came apart.
Color is like 100% perfect.

Hey I just tried installing but I ran into an issue. It appears to be too short and wont clear the barrel. Am I crazy or did something change with the Panzer M4 speed pro I just got in the mail? The old mag tube came off by hand fyi, no heat.

Well it looks like the turkish(who we buying random gunparts from this week) has striked again....

This is why I hate making stuff for Turkish guns..

The issue has been and it seem even after 10 years,of the Turkish, wave of shotguns coming to Canada, we are still getting the same issues.

Random changes in production for no good reason.

The reason is that their are over 1000 turkish gun brands, but realistically there are less then 100 manufacturers

In the early days of imports, Hatsan, escort, Weatherby Savage/stevens ,Winchester ect...
You would get mix mash or parts.
After looking into it with dozens ofcompanies the standard answer was we use what ever is avaliable or cheapest from one of thr parts manufacturers and just finish the guns.

We had hoped after 10+ years things would have changed, but I guess not.

As it seems that anyone with a few $$$ can get there name slapped on the side of a Turkish shotgun and imported.
It's become e the IPA of the gun world.

We are going to release a video on this, this week.
This is really frustrating .

I remember reading on a US gun forum a while ago that in Turkey, many of the manufacturers are more like just assemblers and use parts from many smaller companies who make up batches of needed gun parts for whichever buyer puts a order with them for and sometimes they just reuse or modify leftover parts from other orders or jigs they have used before.

Go over to Inter-surplus and look at how many used Turkish shotgun barrels they have that look the same or very similar but all vary by only slightly locations of bolt or extractor lock up or location of mag tube ring.

They are like or similar to the situation that used too be in the Belgium and the UK gun trade back in the 1800's up to early 1900's.

So there is no reason for them to want to change this situation as it is much cheaper and easier for them to keep their gun orders to outside buyer with this method of making guns and they do not have to worry about trying to build up a loyal buyer base or good name in the industry as the western import buyers will always order from the cheapest suppliers.
