canadian rifle builders - long gun

I own one of Franz Letschnig’s presentation rifles. Cased with custom knife & sheath & every accouterment possible for a Hawkins flintlock. The rifle started life as a Traditions rifle, but when he was finished with it, it is a work of art. I know he is a masters engraver, but I am uncertain if he is a rifle maker? Again I put my example up as a collector piece over a shooter. I will try & post pics next week when I’m home if there is any interest in the man’s work?
 
I’ll vouch for Wayne Ducette, I’ve shot with the man and competed against his guns. I’d offer my services, however I’m slammed with custom contemporary knife orders for the next year, with new orders rolling in to add to the list daily. And I’m already struggling to find time, to finish up a customers southern mountain rifle.

One thing a person has to realize when going with a custom builder is you have to have patience as most don t custom build as their only source of income and sometimes life and health issues can get in the way of a build.
