Saw a you tube video in which the guy that invented the expensive Primal Rights priming tool was expounding on the benefits using rice as a medium in the tumbler. Cleaned the filthy walnut shells out of my Frankford machine and dumped in the only rice i have in the kitchen, Minute rice. Added 40 223 cases and fired it up for 4 hours. EVERY case was packed with frickken rice, spent 30 minutes with a dental pick digging it out.

Turns out Minute rice is long grain rice and he said to use medium grain rice. It may not pack in to larger necked cases i will have to try some Swede cases or 260 Rem. I will only put 10 cases next time.
Perhaps i will look for some different rice next time i go shopping, also it's a good thing i'm semi retired and have lots of time after my nap to screw around with new things in the reloading room. Oh ya the Minute rice did a nice job polishing.
