


I though I’d post a few pics of this beast. Left hand sheath as well. Given to me by a friend from his late father in-laws collection, this knife is quite interesting.His father in law joined up at 18 years of age with the Canadian Forces. He was in the war effort for five years. Somewhere in Sicily, he acquired this knife in trade with a USGI. He ended up being a motorcycle dispatcher. He was wounded multiple times but continued on til the end of the War. He passed away at 99 years old. Made by a smallish company for the war effort and retail. It’s similar to the US fighting knife MK2 style known as the Kabar. Very heavy and thick.
