It isn't for use on the job. It's a rebate program. For miltary and law enforcement. Many gun companies have it. Glock, Colt Canada, etc etc.

I'm not sure they checked, but the average cop makes almost a base of 100k in Ontario. Military discount, for sure.

The discount should be a lot deeper for mil/LE, those guys definately deserve it.

That's pretty pricey. The SA20/15.7s came down in price. The IURs came down from $1099 to $699 then the blems destroyed the value of the IURs that people paid almost twice the price for.
I think I will be patient and wait for the uppers to come out then fall.

After unnecessarily having paid hundreds more for my SA15.7 rifles and later IUR because I was an early adopter, I'm going to sit this one out. Or at least until the dust has settled and they've gouged as many of us suckers as possible, before the inevitable price drops. I might jump back on the bandwagon at that point...maybe.
