IF the CCFR didn't want consultation from the public on ideas on how to fight for better gun laws, they wouldn't have asked for them. The time and thought and benefit of a well written essay that can be used to advance a pro gun agenda is worth far more than $25.

Its not like they are asking for essays on why you need a new CZ shadow.

That isn't why they included that at all. They're legally required to provide a no purchase necessary option, and this is to discourage people from just sending free entries in. I guarantee the few essays they get will go straight into the trash.

I donated at the beginning of the month and got a confirmation email immediately. I also got the moral patch in the mail today. I would check your junk mail folder to see if the confirmation went there.

I also have received no confirmation and no patch in the mail. Hope there was no glitch that I didn't get entered. I only got notification that (FRAUD ALERT) took my money.
