I'm sure they were also plenty pleasant to visiting Liberals who came to see their handiwork. That is why they patched the knees of their pants? :D Sorry. ;)

Give them high paying secure jobs of equivalent importance as the CFC. They're Maritimers. Many are bilingual. They voted Liberal. They're entitled.

Anyway, I really don't care. You're winding us up with the sickening sugarcoating and I'm playing back. All in fun.
 
I've never had an issue with anyone on the phone. They've all been polite and courteous.

Some of the policies are absurd, but that's not what the poll is about :)
 
All polite,until I started bugging them about a Reg. slip for a Sav.99, took me over a year to get the paper work & that was only when I said I was selling it Reg. or not.:D :p :) DAN>>>
 
Apparently I am losing in this carefully worded poll. What is "generally"? Does that mean you can be demeaned or insulted only once in a while? Nine out of 10 times I am treated with respect? Treated poorly 1 out of 25? What is acceptable? Generally.
 
I've only had one that was rude and just figure she was some old gully scummer pissed off at the world because she is disgruntled with her personal life (or lack there of!).

Overall, I have had excellent dealings with them but would prefer not to deal with them at all!

"Generally" is an appropriate term to use in this poll.

We both know that there is no place on earth that will give 100% customer satisfaction to 100% of the "customers" 100% of the time. About 1 in 10 customers are jerks that just can't be satisfied anyways. I spent over 20yrs as a retail meatcutter, so I know all about the customer service pitfalls.

I have had only a few transfers to do, and all have went very smoothly with the CFC rep being either polite or very polite.

Having said that, every time I did a transfer I kept on waiting for that "but" or that tell-tale long silence/pause to make its way into the conversation as they readied themselves to inform me of some whacko new policy.

Yep, I'm jaded and cynical. :)
