CFCST off to Bisley.

[Longshot]

The Canadian Forces Combat Shooting Team left for Bisley today.Our first week will consist of training and then week 2 will start the competition.We are shooting both rifle and pistol this year.
CGN members attending are myself, Diamondcutter,Shelldrake and Gunnerlove.There may be more but I'm unfamiliar with their CGN handles.
Hopefully we'll bring some gold home with us and beat the dreaded Omani team.At least I can guarantee that we'll out drink them!

We had a nice end to the recce today by shooting some sporting clays at one of the Ash ranges and then had a great Father's day brunch with pints in Ash Vale. Can't wait until the guys get here and we can get started on some Omani thrashing!

Well today was day one.All we did was zero.Not very exciting but man does my new C7 A2 shoot well!At 500m I was making groups that were about 6 inches.Very pleased.Now for a rum and coke and watch the soccer game.If England looses it might get interesting.
