well i am finished reloading! it was quite a coincedence, i ran out of powder bullets and brass at exactly 1,050 rnds. gonna refinish the wood on both my .22's, might as well look sharp too!

I got a CZ858 pending transfer into my name :D Gophers beware!!!

I'll still have to get a pile of ammo and maybe another .22

Gettin' there

Reloading is so much fun once you get a system down. I got rid of my hand primer last year and now use the Lee Safety Prime (I think) which cost under $20. It mounts to the top of the press. I can do 100 rounds in just a few minutes. No more sore hands! I just wish I could afford the RCBS electronic powder dispenser.

I'm hoping to get my turret press into top gear before we have to start driving West.

Kevin. Let me know when you want to come pick up that brass.

I hear ya there Andrewe! Once that system gets going it doesnt take long :)

I still use the Lee Auto Prime, hand held thingy...that way I can sit and watch TV while I prime brass...but it doesnt take that long :)

And I want to get an RCBS Powder Pro Combo by the end of summer :) Reloading is relaxing and fun for me...

And Jay...Its way too much fun using the big guns and watching gophers explode!! :D

I picked up the RCBS powder combo last year and have been very happy with it. Have to admit I'm still a little anal and double check random loads on a mechanical scale, especially when I'm loading max loads for my .300 Wthby. the only small problem I've noticed is that after loading the powder in the hopper, the first 3 or 4 loads the combo throws are not accurate (mostly under) but after that they all range within a fraction of a grain. It's a good idea to wipe the powder silo etc. with an anti static cloth to keep the powder from sticking. Loading isn't as fast as with a progressive, but the combo sure simplifies the process.

Nice!

I get labeled the redneck, but I don't get the calls
Tomorrow I might try go after the 2 gophers left on the 3 sections of land I have access to

PS... 2 weeks away!!!!
