Of course, if you use the 7.62x39 to make the .303 reloads.....
There is a post exactly on that in the reloading forum. Do it all the time since I pull the bullet and powder from my x39 rounds to make more accurate hunting rounds for my SKS. Gotta do something with surplus bullets and powder. Hey, I know, shoot 'em for fun in my .303.!! Cheap and accurate enough to provide tons of fun for the entire fam.
