Cheap alternative case lube?

Folks I used to deal with drank it, along with hand sanitizer or anything else with a hint of alcohol in it.
Lube does go along way. General rule is 'less is more'. I am still using the original bottle that came with the RCBS kit.

I don't see there being an issue, maybe take a little more time to wipe off, if it gunks up, but it looks a little thicker than typical lee's resizing lube, which I've also used.
On the plus side, it's cheap enough and you may be able to use it as grease / lube too. I may try it myself.

Get liquid lanolin 8 oz and get 99% iso alcohol 2oz put in spray bottle
Shake before use .... keep in a warm place
And spray
It is the same as the Dillon spar lube

I just started using this method. Works great for .223, but I haven't tried any other calibers yet.

The Fluid Film undercoating product is hands-down the best case sizing lubricant I have tried. It is lanolin based and can be purchased in an aerosol can or in semi-liquid paste form for spray or brush application. A little on the fingers will do a lot of cases.

Ziploc and lps spray lube or similar. The bag works so much nicer than a lube pad.

11:1 ratio 99% isopropyl alcohol / liquid lanolin - mixture in a mist spray bottle
No heavier than 10:1 ratio or not all of the lanolin will dissolve in the alcohol...
Warming the liquid lanolin before mixing will help.
Application:
1) Stand the cases in a 50-round reloading tray.
2) Sparsely spray the cases about 45 degrees from above from several directions (inside the necks is necessary).
3) Let the alcohol flash-off (about 5 mins)
4) Cases should feel slightly sticky.
5) Resize within 24 hours (otherwise you might see dust/grit accumulations)
6) After resizing, wipe the outside of the case with a cloth or rag.
7) Dry tumble for about an hour to remove the lanolin from inside the necks.

I will definitely start using your method. I started off many, many years ago using one of those horrid pads with the sticky crap lube. Once I found Lee lube I never looked back.
