Just got my package...... I have to admit I'm having a case of buyers remorse.
Although I'm sure the gear will be adequate for what I'll put it through it does have a cheap feel to it.... Am disappointed.

I'm going to go through it all this afternoon and determine what's going to be kept and what's getting parted out...
Biggest disappointment was my initial impression of the 2 back packs. Material was fine but the zippers and buckles were not the same quality as the 2 rifle cases/drag bag I own..... Based off those 2 bags I had much higher hopes for my order. This afternoon I'll determine if the plate carrier and pouches stay or not.
Anybody know of a good sturdy belt?
Right now I just use UncleMikes cheapo belt with a Velcro inner (does the job), but I want something "better".
I know there is a company out there that makes belts out of diver suits or some such and are really sturdy... anybody know what it was called?
TV, I really want to meet you. I have this crazy notion that I could rig up a harness and wear you like a backpack. Would be cool to have my own personal door gunner.
Someday I'll actually put my vest and belt together...someday.
anybody know what it was called?
I think you are talking about the ranger belt from aresgear?
WAY more comfortable than a scuba webbing belt, and just as rigid...
My ultra high speed belt set up uses my own companies Aggressor Gun Belt, RCS Holster and Mag Carrier and an old school MM Rolly. Occasionally I'll add a single rifle mag to the mix, but I'll usually carry them on a chest rig.

That's a very nice setup. Do you use an inner belt, or do you thread it through your beltloops every time out?
