I've removed a grand total of 1 stuck tube for a friend. I soaked the barrel in some acetone /atf mix for a couple of days then mounted it in my lathe between centers a la guntech and using a heat gun to get it too hot to touch I used the chuck to turn the barrel while the tailstock held the wrench in and it squeaked out . He had never had the choke out in 5 years so it was really stuck in there.
When all else fails it is time for the Big Boy tools
bearhunter has a good idea and yes it takes some time effort and self control to not beat the crap outta it.
By all means, try all methods of penetrant oil, applying heat, holding the choke key in a vice, etc before using a fluted extractor. I have been down this road once. Wasn't much fun.
