Are gun clubs considered a business?By order all gun clubs -not for profit- organization are to be closed.period end
If you are replying to me there is no debate implied. I asked a question to something I am unclear on.What is there to debate ?
We've only been told hundreds upon hundreds of times to stay home and not congregate.
This is for both our protection and the protection of others.
Are people taking double doses of stupid pills ?
Are gun clubs considered a business?
Thanks for the reply. The clubs I belong to do not have employees. 1 club is shut down and has been for a couple of weeks because it is an indoor shooting club. The other as described is outdoors only. It is member owned and operated. As of yet the BOD have not made a statement regarding our club.If the range operates to make a profit for the owners, like the sporting clays ranges that I shoot at, then they definitely are a business. A non profit club, that may be a different story.
Now that the weather is warming our range just opened , luckily there are only 2 members
and it's located in a gravel pit (200 mtrs ) on 280 acres.
Yes , I am gloating .
...... just announced that they have the go ahead from Alberta Health to re-open for members only, no guests. They're changing the way they do a few things and have increased spacing between groups going out... with social distancing of course.
