Colt Canada rifles to the public?

I'm sure there is a Colt Canada rep who is reading this thread, so could you please put some decent pictures of both rifles, the actual rifles that will be on sale to the public not the crappy generic pictures that you have on your site or pictures of rifles from the Cdn forces.

Here's my take on it:
1-I think it has more to do with the fact that the people who install the grips aren't the people who actually use the rifles / know how to use them.
2-You have 12 inches of hand guard real estate to do that... on ruck marches et al. I hold the rifle with my hand clenched to the hand guard pretty close to the front sight post. Same thing when shooting. The further out you are the more stable the position and the better the weight is distributed...

You are probably in the ball park of what most would deem a fair price for this rifle and if a Colt Canada C7 became available for around $1,700 you could count me in to buy one asap. However I suspect that at first the prices will be significantly higher, probably around the $2,000+ mark due to it being a new and previously unavailable product to the civilian market and in that case I would pass.
Speaking of vertical grips, when the C7 was first issued I learned to use the thermold magazines as a vertical grip just to keep the damn thing from dropping out on me. The first time in the field, more time was spent looking around the ground for your lost mags that fell out than anything else! I wonder if CC will include an old thermold to complete the nostalgia associated with this?
If they want anything besides collector sales which will be very limited it can't be hugely overpriced compared to Colt USA'offerings.
I see the pissing match has already begun, apparently Colt USA is now "generic Walmart Colt's" that are apparently sub-par compared to CC.
Unless someone can actually substantiate the superiority of either brand I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that Colt USA vs Colt Canada is like asking if GM Detroit or GM Oshawa makes the better Camaro
If I can get an A4 from Colt USA for $1300 which is their M16A4 clone, Colt Canada wanting 2000+ for a C7 clone would be laughable.

Cold Canada uses far better barrels than Colt USA.

Imagine quality rifles and parts from a domestic source, the initial offering is far less important than the fact there is now a Canadian manufacturer in the commercial market.
They might not forge the receiver platters but hell last I checked they wind all their own springs.

If you had read any of the previous posts of this thread you would know the Colt Canada rifles are far superior to their American counterparts. Although I personally would rather not pay $2,000 for the CC C7 rifle that's not to say they aren't an excellent product deserving of a significant increase over their USA cousin. Let's also not forget the fact that there is great appeal in these AR's being a Canadian made rifle comparable to what our own CF troops use which in itself is worth something extra over the US Wal-Mart Colt AR's.
