If only every canadian PAL holder in canada would buy a AR15. We need to expand the market.

I own two, and plan on buying at least two more (9mm pistol from Questar and a 6.8 piston M4 if such a beast ever hits the market) and another upper (20" A4 of some flavour, maybe a C7A1 lookalike) And of course all the tasty gear whore picatinny goodness that goes with them, a pile of mags, you know how it goes.

I think there is plenty of market for AR15s as is right now, especially since times are good economically. Of course, More hands reaching into the pocets is always going to drive the market more than fewer, and the AR15 is a fun and economical platform to shoot, with a huge LCF, so its a great way to get some or even most newbies hooked on the shooting sports.

I was additional told that Diemaco hammer forges after chroming ? I'd be intersted to here from Tekriter to see if this is true

Diemaco/Colt Canada chromes their bores after hammer forging. I did a tour while on my 6A there last year and was shown the process. They contract the chroming out....pretty neat piece of machinery that hammer forge is...
