Coming Soon - Euro M14's from Marstar!

Where is all the ammo for these rifles going to come from? Why don't all the retailers and gunnutz on this forum get together, pool their capital, and get the wolf line of ammo from russia legal to import. Anyone have any ideas on cheap 7.62 nato or 308 ammo? The demand for this ammo is only going to increase exponentially.

I like this idea, any other ways we get a ####load of .308 / 7.62 nato loose on the market? Or do we need a return to peacetime for surplus to become available again?

Okay, let's keep to the facts and quit putting out the speculation or else we're gonna have to lock this thread also! I really hate to threaten things like this.... :nest:

Cheers,
Barney

Okay, but is it okay to state - seeing as this is acknowledged fact by everyone in the industry - that the weird little plastic tubs of greasy oily gunk that came with the chinese guns are being replaced with penile reattachment adhesive on these Euro-14s?

John,

Speculation is the name of the beast here....next thing you know, someone's going to start tossing prices around and people will start complaining that the fanciful price for a rifle of unknown manufacture from Europe is too high, and there's no way that they'd pay that kind of money for it....

And then someone's going to complain about the lack of a bayonet lug, and the welded on flash suppressor (though it took me an average of 2 minutes each to get them off at the M-14 Clinic in Hfx this weekend....8 rifles in a row)

And then someone's going to ask for them in 7.62x39mm...

And that'll lead to someone asking for an M-14 that takes AK mags so it will properly feed the non-existant 7.62x39mm M-14....

And on and on it will go.

Speculation will trump the facts. And everyone will complain. As usual.

Post of the MONTH! :D:D:D

I sent Marstar four e-mails last night at 11:00 and I haven't received a single reply! What should I do? I hope to get my PAL next year and want to leave a $25 deposit to hold one.

If I don't get a reply I like, I guess I'll have to start a Marstar Hate Thread with a Newbie-style Poll.

Interesting, we have been "discussing" this with the feds for well over 3 years.... Nopt approved yet....

Not finances, the problem is Ottawa.

"Johnone"--
I heard the free "cleaning crew " were made up of 20 yr. old vestal virgins in the official Marstar halter tops & thongs , --- But, would you mind sending a few pix of them before i decide to buy a firearm from your innovative company??? :bigHug:
p.s. please tell frank there's no need for him to tag along .
-------------------------------

Always good doing biz with you !!!!!!!----- now better ! :D

So, are they here yet

I've hit the refresh button on Marstar website 20 times already... and I still don't see them.

On the free ammo offer, do we really have to ship the empty's back or could we give them to the cleaning ladies?

;)

This can't be as good as it sounds, I have questions like who pays for shipping of the empty ammo casings back to Marstar? If the buyer does it's just another example of how the fine print ####s us in the end.

A smart business man doesn't give away all his tricks! I mean you didn't think he would give away free ammo without some way of getting his costs back?!

I feel so bad for johnone now... there is going to be some guy that doesn't read every post and skims through and lands on John's free ammo post. haha.

This is priceless ! I was thinking the same thing...not reading all the posts and reading Johns' !!!!

I love this place !

It is nice to know that some of the dealers out there not only have a sense of humor but really care about the firearms community.

I truly look forward to the day I can afford to buy a pretty toy from John!
