What's your service level agreement when it comes to answering people question by email or phone?
I have sent few emails on different occasions but none were answered. I tried to call you few times on different occasions, and I think one I managed to get through. Your voicemail says we can email you if we can not get through by phone, and I did that but nobody responded to my email.
Are you guys having human resource shortage? When do we customer should expect to hear back from you when we email or phone?
